My story
I was competent, dependable, and always available when someone needed me.
Work harder. Take care of other people. Keep going. Look fine from the outside.
During those years, I was also dealing with health problems, significant weight gain, surgery, depression, and therapy.
And for a long time, I kept returning to what I knew best: coping and moving forward.
In 2020, I began consciously changing the way I looked after myself.
I changed my eating, sleep, and movement, and later underwent another operation.
A great deal changed.
But over time, I also realized that changing my lifestyle did not answer everything that was happening inside me.
I went deeper.
I began looking at things I had never fully connected before: beliefs formed early in life, family history, boundaries, relationships, and the ways I had learned to deal with emotion.
Hypnotherapy became an important part of that process.
It helped me see not only what I was doing, but what activated those reactions and why conscious decisions alone had so often failed to change them.
Over time, I began setting boundaries differently, choosing relationships differently, and responding to tension differently.
My relationship with food, my body, and my own needs changed too.
The biggest change wasn't how I looked.
It was that I stopped living against myself.
I didn't become a hypnotherapist because I found all the answers.
I became one because I saw how much the quality of guidance can matter when someone is exploring their own experience.
Today, I work the way I would want to be guided myself: without imposing interpretations, without ready-made answers, and without assuming I know more about another person's life than they do.
I listen, ask, and guide. What emerges in the session belongs to you.
My story is not your story.
But it taught me that there is often far more underneath what we can see from the outside.
That is what I make space for in my work.

working with people in Poland and internationally
I graduated from the Polish School of Hypnosis and continue to develop my practice through specialist training.
My current work includes therapeutic hypnosis, regression, interlife hypnosis, and self-hypnosis.
The number of methods matters less to me than knowing how to choose an approach that fits the person and what they are bringing into the room.
Hypnotherapy is a personal-development service and does not replace medical treatment or psychotherapy.
If I believe another form of support would be more appropriate, I will tell you directly.
Professional development
Training and accreditation in progress
In 2026, I was accepted into the Michael Newton Institute training and accreditation program as one of eight people in an international cohort.
I am currently completing that process in the Life Between Lives® method.
At this stage, I do not offer Life Between Lives® sessions under the Michael Newton Institute method.
Training in progress
I am also developing my skills in Resource Therapy, an approach that works with different states and parts of the personality.
I am currently in training and do not offer Resource Therapy as a standalone modality at this stage.
I choose training that develops not only technique, but the quality of how another person is guided through their process.
Your path does not need to look like mine.
But we can talk about what brings you here and see whether my way of working is appropriate for what you need.
