FAQ

Frequently asked questions about
online hypnotherapy

These are the questions people most often ask before their first session.

Clear answers about hypnosis, safety, preparation, pricing, regression, and what you can expect.

Will I lose control during hypnosis?

No.

You remain aware of what is happening during the session. You can hear me, speak, move, and stop the process at any time.

I guide the session, but you decide what you want to follow and where your boundaries are.

What if I can't be hypnotized?

You don't need to reach an unusual state or "switch off" your thoughts.

Hypnosis can feel different from person to person. Some people experience deep relaxation. Others feel relatively normal but much more focused on what is happening internally.

My role is to guide you step by step and adapt the process to the way you naturally respond.

Can hypnotherapy be done online?

Yes, I conduct my sessions online via Zoom.

You need a private space, a stable internet connection, and enough uninterrupted time for the session.

Working online also allows you to remain in your own environment afterward instead of immediately commuting or returning to a busy public space.

What happens during a session, and how should I prepare?

We begin by talking about what brings you to the session and what you would like to explore.

I then guide you into focused attention and relaxation, and the rest of the work develops from what emerges in your experience.

Before the session, prepare a private space, stable internet connection, headphones, and enough time that you don't need to rush.

It is also useful to leave yourself a few quiet minutes after the session.

How many sessions will I need?

There is no single number that is right for everyone.

Some people begin with one specific issue and one session. Other themes benefit from a longer process.

During the intake call, we can discuss which format is most appropriate.

I do not promise a particular number of sessions or a specific outcome in advance.

Are there situations where hypnotherapy may not be appropriate?

Yes.

Hypnotherapy is not the right form of support for every person or every situation.

Before beginning, we discuss your goal, current circumstances, and any relevant ongoing treatment.

If I believe another type of support or consultation with a qualified professional would be more appropriate, I will say so directly.

Hypnotherapy does not replace medical care or psychotherapy.

How is hypnotherapy different from psychotherapy?

They are different forms of work, and I do not treat them as interchangeable.

My hypnotherapy work uses focused attention to explore emotions, associations, reactions, and beliefs connected with a specific theme.

I do not provide psychotherapy, and hypnotherapy should not be used as a substitute for treatment provided by a qualified psychologist, psychotherapist, psychiatrist, or physician.

Can hypnosis help me lose weight?

I do not offer hypnosis as a weight-loss treatment, and I do not promise weight loss.

We can work with emotions, beliefs, and automatic behaviors connected with issues such as emotional eating, self-worth, stress, or your relationship with your body.

If weight loss is your primary goal, appropriate medical and nutritional support remains important.

What if I'm not sure I believe in past lives?

You don't need a particular belief system to explore regression.

You may understand what appears spiritually, symbolically, psychologically, or simply as an experience generated by your own mind.

I do not tell you what you should believe or treat regression imagery as historical proof.

We work with what the experience means to you.

What are your qualifications?

I graduated from the Polish School of Hypnosis and continue my professional development through specialist training.

My current work includes therapeutic hypnosis, regression, interlife hypnosis, and self-hypnosis.

In 2026, I was accepted into the Michael Newton Institute training and accreditation program. I am currently completing that process.

I work online in Polish and English.

How much do sessions cost, and are payment plans available?

A single 90-120 minute hypnosis session is 600 PLN.

A package of three sessions is 1,500 PLN, and five sessions are 2,500 PLN.

An interlife hypnosis session lasts approximately three hours and costs 1,100 PLN.

The 12-week Między ciałem a duszą™ program is 6,000 PLN.

Payment plans are available for packages and the 12-week program.

What is your rescheduling policy?

You can reschedule at no charge up to 24 hours before the appointment.

If you need to change the date, contact me and we will arrange another available time.
