This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for processing and protecting the personal data of people using the services provided by Sylwia Angerman (the "Provider") through this website and within individual hypnotherapy sessions.

The Provider processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) and with applicable Polish law.

3. What data we collect and for what purpose

3.1 Contact form

Through the contact form on the website we collect: first and last name, email address, the content of your message. Purpose: replying to your enquiry, making contact in order to discuss working together or to schedule a session. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

3.2 Delivering the service (hypnotherapy sessions)

In connection with providing services we collect: first and last name, email address, the data needed to issue an invoice (at the client's request), and information shared voluntarily by the client during a session. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract).

3.3 Session recordings

Sessions may be recorded only at the client's explicit request and with consent given before recording begins. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

3.4 Newsletter (in the future)

If a newsletter is launched, data will be collected solely on the basis of voluntary consent. It will always be possible to unsubscribe.

4. How long we keep your data

Contact form data - until the correspondence ends, and no longer than 2 years from the last contact. Data connected with delivering the service - for the duration of the contract and for the period required by law (up to 5 years from the end of the tax year). Session recordings - for the period agreed with the client or until consent is withdrawn. Newsletter data - until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.

5. Who we share your data with

Your personal data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared only with: entities providing technical services (e.g. hosting, email services), entities providing accounting services, and state authorities - solely on the basis of applicable law.

Sessions take place over the Zoom platform. Zoom Video Communications, Inc. is a separate data controller - please see their privacy policy at zoom.us/privacy.

6. Payments

Payments for services are made by bank transfer, through the BLIK system or via Revolut. The Provider does not store payment card details or bank account login credentials.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the following rights: the right of access to your data, the right to rectification, the right to erasure, the right to restriction of processing, the right to data portability, the right to object to processing, and the right to withdraw consent at any time.

8. Cookies

The Provider reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy. Users will be informed of any material changes through the website.
