Terms of service

Angerman Sylwia · angerman.sylwia@gmail.com · Updated: April 2026

1. General provisions

These Terms set out the rules for the provision of hypnotherapy services by Sylwia Angerman (the "Provider") to clients (the "Client"). Services are provided electronically - sessions take place online over the Zoom platform, and in exceptional cases in person, solely by individual arrangement with the Provider. Using the services means accepting these Terms.

2. Services offered

The Provider offers the following services: a single hypnosis session - an individual online session (approx. 90-120 min), a package of 3 sessions, a package of 5 sessions, and Between Body and Soul™ - a 3-month transformation process (12 online hypnosis sessions, a Life Between Lives hypnosis session, phantom surgery procedures, meditations, self-hypnosis recordings, support on Telegram).

3. Booking and scheduling sessions

Sessions are booked through the contact form on the website or directly by email at angerman.sylwia@gmail.com. The session time is agreed individually after prior contact. The first 30-minute consultation is free of charge and serves to discuss the Client's needs and to match a suitable form of working together.

4. Payments

Payment for services is made by bank transfer to the account number provided by the Provider, through the BLIK system, or via Revolut. Payment for a single session is made before it takes place, or as individually agreed. Payment for packages and for the 3-month process is made before the work begins, or in agreed instalments. A VAT invoice is issued at the Client's request.

5. Cancelling and rescheduling a session

The Client has the right to cancel or reschedule a session free of charge, provided this is reported at least 24 hours before the planned session. If a session is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, or in the case of non-attendance without prior contact, the Provider reserves the right to retain 50% of the session fee as a booking charge.

6. Recording sessions

Sessions may be recorded only at the Client's explicit request, made before the session begins. Recordings are not shared with third parties.

7. Rules of participation in sessions

The Client takes part in sessions voluntarily and knowingly. Hypnotherapy sessions do not constitute a health service within the meaning of Polish medical-activity legislation and do not replace psychiatric, psychological or medical treatment. A Client with serious mental health conditions is obliged to inform the Provider before the session.

8. Liability

The Provider undertakes to deliver services with due care, based on her knowledge and experience. The effects of hypnotherapeutic work are individual and depend on many factors, including the Client's engagement and readiness. The Provider does not guarantee that specific results will be achieved.

9. Withdrawal from the contract and refunds

A Client who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of its conclusion. The right of withdrawal does not apply to services that have already been fully performed with the Client's explicit consent. Withdrawal should be reported by email to angerman.sylwia@gmail.com

10. Confidentiality

The Provider undertakes to keep confidential all information obtained from the Client during sessions. Information may be disclosed only in cases provided for by law.

11. Final provisions

Matters not governed by these Terms are subject to the provisions of the Polish Civil Code and other applicable provisions of Polish law. The parties will seek to resolve any disputes amicably in the first instance.
