Change begins deeper
than willpower can reach.

I work with people who have spent years holding everything together but feel that the old ways of coping no longer work.

In hypnotherapy, we explore the emotions, automatic reactions, and patterns that keep returning - even when you understand them intellectually.

Is this you?

On the outside, you're coping.
Inside, you know you don't want to keep living this way.

Everyone can count on you

You organize, help, and take responsibility. Looking after other people often comes more naturally than stopping to ask what you need.

You say yes when you feel no

Setting a boundary brings guilt, tension, or fear of conflict. So you agree again, even when something inside you is saying otherwise.

Rest doesn't really feel like rest

Even when nothing needs your attention, your mind keeps working. There is always something to analyze, finish, fix, or remember.

Emotions stay with you

You replay conversations, think about what someone said, and wonder whether you did something wrong. The situation ends, but the tension often doesn't.

You know what to change. And still go back.

You understand what isn't working and genuinely try to respond differently. Then a difficult moment comes, and the old reaction takes over again.

You reach for relief that doesn't last

Food, shopping, work, scrolling, or staying constantly busy can lower the tension for a moment. But whatever was underneath eventually returns.

Why understanding isn't always enough

You can understand the pattern
and still repeat it.

Insight matters. But knowing why you react a certain way doesn't always change what happens when the reaction is already in motion.

That is why my work doesn't stop at what you can explain intellectually. We pay attention to what happens automatically - in your body, emotions, and long-standing ways of responding.

Body

Notice what happens before thought catches up.

Tension, restlessness, tightness, or the urge to act can appear before you have had time to think. We learn to recognize those signals and respond with more choice.

Emotions

Explore what sits underneath the reaction.

Anger may sit beside helplessness. Control may sit beside fear. Constantly taking care of others may be connected to a fear of disappointing or losing them.

Beliefs and patterns

Identify the old rules you are still living by.

"I have to handle everything." "I can't let anyone down." "My needs can wait." When these rules operate automatically, noticing them creates room for a different response.

The goal isn't to become someone else. It's to have more choice in how you respond.

What I can support you with

Areas we can work with

Boundaries and taking on too much

When responsibility for everyone else leaves very little room for you.

Recurring relationship patterns

When different relationships keep producing surprisingly familiar dynamics.

The inner critic

When what you accomplish never quite feels like enough.

Self-sabotage and old reactions

When you know what you want but repeatedly find yourself stepping away from it.

Fear of judgment, conflict, or rejection

When other people's reactions have too much influence over your own choices.

Tension and emotions that are hard to let go of

When the situation is over, but your mind and body remain on alert.

About

Attentiveness over interpretation.
Guidance over ready-made answers.

I first came to hypnotherapy as a client.

What stayed with me was not the idea of someone else knowing more about me than I did. It was the opposite: how much can open up when a practitioner knows how to listen, ask precise questions, and leave space for your own experience.

That is how I work today.

I don't tell you what your experience should mean or give you a story to fit into. I listen, ask, and guide the process while leaving room for your pace, your boundaries, and your own conclusions.

Client experiences

What people say
after working with me

"For the first time, I recorded a story without judging how I looked or sounded."

"The fear that usually stopped me simply wasn't taking over in the same way. I felt as though I could simply show up as myself."

Magda S.
"I started looking differently at my possibilities and at what had been stopping me."

"After the sessions, I began noticing possibilities I had previously rejected before seriously considering them."

Justyna
"I left the session with a deep sense of calm and a different perspective on my own story."

"What mattered most to me was the sense of calm and broader understanding I took away from it."

Testimonials describe individual experiences. Every person's process and outcomes are different.

What I don't promise

I don't promise that one session will resolve something that developed over years.

I don't promise a specific result or tell you exactly how quickly change will happen.

I don't promise that hypnotherapy is the right form of support for every person or every situation.

What I can offer is attentive guidance, honesty, respect for your boundaries, and a process that moves at a pace consistent with your readiness.

FAQ

Questions people ask
before the first session

Will I lose control during hypnosis?

No. You remain aware of what is happening and can speak, move, or stop the process at any time.

What if I can't be hypnotized?

There is no single "correct" way to experience hypnosis. Some people feel deeply relaxed; others simply notice a stronger inward focus.

Does online hypnotherapy work?

The full process can be conducted online. What matters most is having privacy, a stable connection, and a space where you can focus without interruption.
